Refunds & cancellations

Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your account page (Billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Fourteen subscriptions are for businesses and organisations (including sole traders buying for their trade), not consumers, so the 14-day consumer cancellation period doesn't apply. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
Your free trial
Building and previewing your menu is free. Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial: cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. Payments after that aren't refundable, which is why the free trial comes first. If we make a mistake with your billing, we'll put it right.
Pausing for the off-season
Seasonal business? Cancel from Billing at the end of your season and choose a plan again when you reopen. Your dishes, ingredients and history are kept. While you have no plan your QR menu is offline and asks customers to speak to a member of staff, so take down printed codes and matrices until you're back.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we've sent a refund, it normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
