Features

Allergen information you can stand behind.

Fourteen is built around one idea: record each ingredient’s allergens once, carefully, and let everything else (dishes, menus, matrices, signs and labels) follow automatically.

Ingredient library

Start with ~200 ingredients, already tagged.

Breads, flours, cheeses, sauces, oils and drinks, with the cereal and the nut named the way the law asks. Add your own in seconds.

  • “Contains” and “may contain” recorded separately
  • Cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, khorasan wheat) and tree nuts named
  • Every starter ingredient flagged until you check it against your label

Dishes

Tick the ingredients. The allergens add themselves up.

Build a dish on your phone in under a minute. Need a shared-fryer warning? Add a “may contain” with a reason, and it’s logged like everything else.

  • Live allergen preview as you build
  • Adjustments always need a reason
  • Duplicate, bulk edit and import from a spreadsheet

Publish

QR menu, printed matrix and signs, always in step.

The FSA recommends written allergen information backed by a conversation, with a non-digital alternative to a QR code. Fourteen gives you both from the same records.

  • “I’m avoiding…” filter, large text and screen-reader labels
  • Matrix grouped by section, dated, with a clear key
  • Counter signs and table talkers with your QR
